Mechanics For Us is a work finding service. Mechanics For Us Ltd and our partner organisation DL Recruitment Services LLP T/A Motorecruit operate as Recruitment Agencies as defined by the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.
By working with you as a candidate Mechanics For Us and Motorecruit processes your personal data and is obliged to meet or exceed the standards set out within the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR). We really understand the importance of protecting your personal information to the best of our ability and all personal details will only be used for their intended purpose except when we are required by Law to reveal them.

The personal data supplied by you through submitting your CV or making a job application is kept by us and used to provide you with the services and information you can expect from a work finding service. This data can include:

To help those finding work Mechanics For Us and Motorecruit stores and processes the personal data of individuals who have directly and indirectly sought our services by either applying for vacancies advertised by us, or by uploading their personal data to recruitment databases where their data is openly available to subscribers such as ourselves.
We will seek and secure your consent to store and process your personal data every time we work with you, for instance when we introduce you to the manager of a vacancy you are interested in.
Your data will be stored for 12 months, and in that time we will contact you to update your data and gain your further consent to store and process your personal data.
Your personal data is stored securely upon the systems and servers of our systems and data processor partner Remedy HCMS Ltd. Their Hosting provider for Live Products and Services is a Tier 1 ISO who provides industry-leading security and has a long list of internationally recognised certifications and accreditation’s.
